Identifying gaps between high- and low-performing SOCs
What distinguishes a highly effective SOC from one that is lower-performing? Survey results from the second annual Devo SOC Performance Report highlight three key attributes that can make or break a SOC’s effectiveness:
- People-first mentality: 67% of high-performing SOCs actively invest in training programs to develop and retain security talent
- Organizational synergy: 73% of high-performing SOCs are strongly aligned with business goals
- Technology adoption: 80% of high-performing SOCs are likely or very likely to invest in new technologies
In this panel discussion, moderator Sean Martin of ITSPmagazine will be joined by cybersecurity leaders who will share their experiences establishing highly effective security teams, and key lessons that can be applied for improving the effectiveness of security operations.
