The terms and conditions of this promotional offer are set forth as follows: This is a one-time offer only for new Devo customers. This offer must be used in conjunction with Devo’s SaaS SKU with a minimum of 1TB of data for daily ingestion. This offer is only valid on orders duly executed and submitted to Devo between October 6, 2023 12:00 a.m. EST through July 31, 2024 11:59 p.m. EST. The services to be provided, as well as service deliverables and milestones will be set forth in more detail in a Statement of Work, “SOW” between Devo and the Customer. The SOW will be an addendum to the executed Order Form. As some services may have dependencies on the customer’s side, Devo may make the provision of services subject to the customer performing reasonable best efforts to cooperate. In particular, Devo may require the customer to provide Devo with sufficient information and resources as reasonably requested by Devo. This offer is non-transferrable and cannot be applied toward discounting of any Software SKUs or any services not listed below.

Included services are the migration services detailed in the SOW up to a total value of $100,000 within a 100 day window, up to 5 playbook conversions in Devo’s SOAR solution, creation of up to 10 dashboards, creation of up to 100 alerts and up to 25 data sources used for the prior services mentioned. Additionally, self-paced online training resources will be made available to the Customer.
