Devo’s recognition as a Strong Performer is, in our opinion, a great validation of our data-first approach. In fact, Forrester described Devo as “well suited to handle data at scale for customer-obsessed enterprises” – considering we meet with enterprises every day that struggle to collect the data they need to get visibility into their applications and infrastructure, let alone analyze and operationalize that data, it is exciting to see Forrester recognize what we consider to be our ability to handle these massive environments. The Forrester report also stated that Devo’s Data Operations platform can provide “’outside-in’ user experience monitoring by enriching traditional monitoring data with business data.” This also is a critical requirement we hear from customers every day; the need to marry technical KPIs with real business context cannot be overlooked in the ultra-competitive world our customers live in. Poor user experience can be the difference between a loyal customer and a lost one. We’re especially proud of the recognition from our customers; Forrester noted that customers praise Devo for providing fast response times to issues and also feel they have a lot of say in product enhancements.
