Dear Ambassador:

I am sorry to report that our Head of State, the Honorable Mr. Braken has declined any offering of direct negotiations with your republic.

We remain wary and suspicious of your intentions and thus will not communicate with ou directly. If a third party is found, we may resume contact. Until that point in time, however, hostilities against your armed forces shall proceed as we continue t press our claim to the seizure of the Oudalan District.
