Dear Ambassador:

It is my unfortunate duty to issue this letter to you. However, our people have been unable to tolerate confrontational attitudes perpetuated towards us in recent months by your nation.

Thus, pursuant to Article 4.8.1 Section 1 of our constitution, we are severing diplomatic relations with your nation and consider ourselves to be in a state of conflict henceforth. This document serves as our declaration of war upon your nation, officiated as of the date above. All hostilities shall commence under the legal auspices of UN and 1977 Geneva Convention codes for the conduct of warfare.
