how on earth can you be so hateful against people that are so good? i am not really a hippie. i have a lot of friends that are but for the most part i would consider myself a normal girl that believes in a lot of what the hippies say. peace, love, happiness. those three words are so beautiful and so full of positive feelings. how can you sit and talk down to anyone that believes in those things? my other question is what have the hippies ever done to you? i am sure that they have never done anything wrong and i am sure they have never tried to harm you in any way. they are not like that. i know that it is human nature to fear the unknown and to hate what is feared. don't you just think that it is a bit extreme to build an entire web page against something that you know nothing about? maybe instead of lashing out in a negative way you should just try to get to know a hippie. maybe it would become a positive experience and you could learn something from it. otherwise, there is little hope for you and you should spend your time gettng ready for the rest of your life, for it is going to be miserable without and peace love and happiness.

I have a stronge beleiving that if everyone in this world smoked some grass that it would be a much mellower place for everyone. Have you ever been to a Dead show or a Phish show. Everyone is nice. Most of them care about whos there and want to get to know ya. Hippies have done nothing to harm anyone. I doubt they did anything to you. They are nice people. STOP THE HATE, AND GROW UP. We don't need hate, no - one needs hate.

Ill just make three quick points that your small brain can hopefully comprehend.

1. Learn how to spell. "stronge beleiving" is a phrase with neither proper grammer nor spelling. "Hippies does not mean pot smoker," doesn't make sense either.

2. Learn something about human history. Specifically, the growth of ALL human civilization. Hippies play no part in human growth in the past 200,000 years. The world has grown up on hate and love. Name one instance when it has not.

3. Learn some philosophy. I suggst you read Marcuse's "A Critique of Pure Tolerance." Most intelligent leftists understand that blind acceptance of all things is as tyrannical as pure fascism.

But you are too ignorant to probably even have a high school education. I'm a grad student. Next time you tell someone to "grow up," you would do well to have made sure you knew what you were talking about.

You desire an idealistic world that is not based in reality. "Dude, if like all world leaders like smoked up and grooved together there would be like no war. Like totally, dude." Yes, hippies can solve all of the world's economic, ethinic, ideological and social ills with a fucking pipe. You my friend, are the one who needs to grow up, read a newspaper once in a while and understand that you are little more than a middle class American who is spoonfed idealistic fantasy by an industry that merely wants to sell more hemp bracelets. The real world is nothing like that and you have no conept of it.

Go live in Colombia for a year. See what the problems you can sobve by taking the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia to a Phish show. Take some Sikh refugees to a Dead Bootleg Night while you are at it too. I'm sure Jerry Garcia can answer why their temples are being systematically destroyed by the Indian state. THEN you can tell me to grow up.

Your idea about selling poisonous shrooms, weed mixed with paraffin, etc is an outrage. You must understand that even if what you wrote on the internet is a joke, many people take it seriously. Some people will actually listen to you and do this, even though hippies are just people like you are. Dear Sir:

I strongly urge you to investigate a "hate" website that appears to originate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Therein contains inciteful language and explicit instructions to hurt and kill "all of hippiedom" i.e. hippies.

This may appear to be funny at first site, but when you go into the website it loses its humor real fast.
